Yes, you can make a cash down payment, and the remaining
balance can be paid through an installment plan. We have two installment
options for this process: Home Credit and Skyro.

Currently, walk-in installment options (Home Credit and
Skyro) are only available for walk-in customers. However, you can use BillEase and GCredit for
online installment payments directly on our website.

Credit card payments for both installment and straight
payments are system-generated and may include interest depending on your bank's
policy.

Please note that customers who cancel or refuse to receive
their order after a down payment has been made may not be eligible for a
refund. We allow a 7-day window to complete full
payment; otherwise, the reservation will be cancelled and the item returned to
stock.

We offer free shipping under the following conditions:

• Allworld Branch Locations:
Customers located in cities or locations where an All World branch is available
qualify for Free Delivery.

• Laptops: All laptop purchases
qualify for Automatic Free Shipping, with no
minimum spend required.

• Other Categories: For all
other items, printers, etc. free shipping is granted for orders totaling ₱15,000 or more when paid via our online payment
gateways.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking
number via email. You can use this number on the website of our partner
logistics to track your shipment. You can also check your order status through
our chatbox.

Customers whose orders are placed before the 2:00 PM cut-off time are eligible for same-day delivery,
provided there is a nearest branch and the item is available in that branch.
Items typically arrive within 1-4 hours after
confirmation.

Yes, if we have a campaign or promotion, these can be found
on our pages or social media:

• For laptops and printers, free shipping is automatic.

• For other categories, you must purchase ₱15,000 or more to
use a free shipping promo code.
