Welcome to Allworld Corporation ("we," "us," or "our"). By using or accessing our website at Allworld.com.ph (the "Site") and any related services or applications, you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").


These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other applicable agreements or policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and Allworld Corporation regarding the use of the Site.

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Site. If you do not agree with these Terms, we strongly advise you to not use this Site.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any other guidelines or policies that may be posted on the Site. We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time without prior notice. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically for any changes.

2. Eligibility

To use our Site, you must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you meet the eligibility requirements.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Site, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Products and Services

Some products or services may be available exclusively at certain branches, stores, or for online purchase only. These products or services may have limited availability and can only be returned or exchanged in accordance with the product’s Return Policy.

We strive to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible in-store. However, we cannot guarantee that the display of any color on your computer monitor will be accurate. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sale of our products or services to specific individuals, geographic regions, or jurisdictions, and may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. Additionally, we reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services offered. All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change without prior notice, at our sole discretion. We also reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

5. Order Acceptance and Payment

By placing an order on the Site, you are offering to purchase the selected Product(s) under these Terms. Your order is subject to acceptance by us. We may reject or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Product availability
  • Pricing errors
  • Fraudulent activity

We accept payment via PayMongo. By submitting your payment information, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method provided.

6. Pricing and Taxes

Prices for Products are listed in Philippine Peso, and all prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, shipping, and handling charges, unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for any applicable sales tax, VAT, or other government-imposed charges related to your purchase.

7. Title And Risk

Seller’s Reservation. Seller reserves the right of possession or ownership in the Product despite its delivery to a carrier for the purpose of transmission to you until Seller has received notification from the payment service provider you chose that it has cleared payment of your full payment for the Product. The Product is at the Seller’s risk until its ownership is transferred to you.

Your Commitment. You commit that you shall ensure that full payment for the Product is processed within a reasonable time. You also commit that you will safely keep the Product as bailee for Seller; and that, within three (3) days from your receipt of any inquiry from Seller or the occurrence of any event which may affect Seller’s rights in the Product, you will immediately reply to Seller or notify Seller of such an event.

8. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible products within 7 days from the date it is delivered to you. Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition. Please refer to our Return And Refund Policy for detailed instructions.

9. Gift Cards & eVouchers

  • Gift Cards and eVouchers have no cash value, are non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Reselling of Gift Cards and eVouchers is strictly prohibited.
  • The recipient is solely responsible for taking all necessary precautions to prevent unauthorized access to or use of their account, gift card, or eVoucher.
  • Allworld is not responsible for any unauthorized access or use of the recipient’s gift card or eVoucher codes and has no obligation to replenish any value lost due to unauthorized use.
  • Gift card and eVoucher codes must only be entered on the online checkout page. Physical presentation of these in our retail stores will not be accepted.
  • eVouchers must be redeemed in full and cannot be redeemed partially.
  • To redeem gift cards and eVouchers, the recipient must be over 18 years of age or have obtained consent from a parent or guardian, and accept the Terms of Use or have the parent or guardian accept them if the recipient is under 18.
  • Allworld is the issuer of the gift cards and eVouchers. Allworld may assign its obligations at any time. Allworld, its affiliates, and related entities are not liable for any gift cards or eVouchers and the recipient hereby releases Allworld, its affiliates, and related entities from any liability or claims arising from the use of gift cards or eVouchers. If a customer returns a product purchased with a gift card or eVoucher, the remaining balance will be credited to the recipient's account. This credit may be used to offset the cost of future purchases.
  • If a customer has submitted a documented agreement (e.g., email) regarding the cancellation or return of an order and has received a voucher code as compensation, the Seller reserves the right to decline any refund request from the customer.
  • Allworld reserves the right to refuse to honor gift cards and eVouchers.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Allworld Corporation or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, distribute, or reproduce any part of the Site without our express permission.

11. User Conduct

By using the Site, you agree to:

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Not engage in any activity that could harm or interfere with the Site’s operation or security.
  • Not upload or transmit any harmful content such as viruses, malware, or other malicious code.
  • Not engage in fraudulent activities or provide false information.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we determine that you have violated these Terms.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Allworld Corporation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising from your use of the Site or your purchase of Products.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Site shall be resolved through proper courts or quasi-judicial agency in Calbayog City. If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal means, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Calbayog City.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Allworld Corporation, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site.

16. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, including if you violate these Terms.

17. Governing Lawn

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines (or your jurisdiction). Any legal actions or proceedings related to these Terms must be brought in the courts located in Calbayog City.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
